What are multivitamins for kids and teens?

Like adult multivitamin supplements, those targeted for children and teens contain a collection of vitamins and minerals that are tailored for their specific nutritional needs. That being said, there are dozens of choices, as most supplement brands have their own child’s multi and a few have one for teens as well. What about multis with added fruit-vegetable extracts?

While most multis for kids and teens seem pretty much alike at first glance, some brands have added dozens of fruit and vegetable extracts with the water removed. Ingredients with measurable efficacy: Some supplement ingredients have had decades of scientific study and thousands of published studies describing their measurable efficacy and benefits to human nutrition.
